FAQ

STUDIO: All work is created at Studio 24b, located in Portland, Maine. 

PRICING: Some of the works from Studio 24b are reproduced on a regular basis while most are custom designed for individual spaces. Custom pricing can be provided upon request. Orders up to $10k require a 50% deposit to begin construction. The remainder 50% is due upon delivery. Orders over $10k are paid in three installments. 

SHIPPING: We ship anywhere within the United States. Standard rates apply (UPS, Fed-Ex etc.) Works ordered in and around New England are white-glove delivered and included in the proposed budget. 

LEAD TIME: Most works created at Studio 24b are constructed within 8 to 12 weeks upon approval of design/receipt of deposit. 

TRADE: Our standard trade discount is 10%. The discount increases to 15% on orders over $30k.

INSTALLATION: If work created by Studio 24b requires installation, it will be included within the proposed budget. Installation is available on works located within the US.
